About the founding team

Juan Carlos Dolado

CTO・Former Head of Space Situational Awareness at CNES

Globally recognized expert in space surveillance. Juan Carlos is an academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), a member of the IAA’s Space Debris Committee, and the IAF’s Space Traffic Management Committee. A former Chair of the IADC’s modeling workgroup, he has published over fifty scientific articles on space debris surveillance and tracking.

Michel Friedling

CEO・Former Major General at French Space Command

Key architect of the French Defense Space Strategy, Michel was the first commander of the French Space Command, leading military space operations and policy. His leadership advanced French space defense in collaboration with CNES, DGA, and international partners. A fighter pilot with a degree in aeronautics and space engineering, he now focuses on developing Look Up Space.
